Our refractory zirconia bricks are made of  α-Al2O3, partially stabilized zirconia and zirconium corundum clinker and other materials.

They are raw materials.

Then  mixing → molding → drying → sintering(sinter at high temp in shuttle kiln),  through these producing, then made into refractory zirconia bricks.

Feature of refractory zirconia bricks

1.Dense crystal structure, high bulk density, high unit weight, 

2.High mechanical strength at high temperature and normal temperature, good thermal shock resistance,
3.Small reheating contraction and high temperature peristaltic
4.Has a very high chemical stability and anti alkaline medium corrosion.
