Bubble zirconia bricks are a kind of excellent insulating refractory product. Max working temp: 2200 °C

Introduction

Bubble zirconia bricks are made of zirconia hollow ball(65% to 70%) and zirconia powder(30% to 35%), they are raw materials.

Plus boric acid aqueous solution as a binding agent, then mix fully.

then use pressure vibration molding machine to make model, dry,  sinter the model at the temperature of 1700c to 1800c.

Application

In  the industry of refractory material, industrial ceramics, electronic ceramics, petrochemical and metallurgical industry, bubble zirconia bricks are special used for high temperature furnace lining and ultra-high temperature furnace thermal insulation material.
