Pre-Treatment: First clean the article. The prefabricated article is de-greased, de-rusted, de-scaled, passivated and cleaned.
Pre-Heating: The article is pre-heated in the oven in the oven at 250-300 degree centigrate for 5-10 Minutes.
Coating: The heated article is dipped in the tray containing the powder and the powder splashed on it or dipped in a fluidized bed of the powder for 2-5 seconds.
Fusion Sintering (Post-Heating): To smoothen out and provide a glossy finish, the article is re-heated in the oven for 2-3 minutes. This causes the powder to melt, siner and flow out.
