We provide the following three chemistries:

1. Pure Epoxy Powders - These are used where the application is indoor, away from direct sunlight and where chemical resistance is required. The coating is smooth with no orange peel. The curing schedule is normally 12 to15 minutes @ 190-200ºC metal temperature

Applications: Used in functional application, appliances, bathroom fittings, electrical enclosures, hospital equipment, office furniture, oil filters, power tools, shelving, tool boxes, under-hood automotive etc.

2. Epoxy-Polyester Powders or Hybrid powders - These are general purpose coatings where a limited amount of exposure to sunlight is experienced. The curing schedule is normally 12 to15 minutes @ 170-180ºC metal temperature

Applications: Used for indoor use or where there is a limited exposure to sunlight like business machines, electrical enclosures, fire extinguishers, garden tools, hospital equipment, light fixtures, office furniture, oil filters, power tools, shelving, tool boxes etc.

3. Pure Polyester Powders - Good for out door use where considerable amount of sunlight is present. They have good weathering and mechanical properties and resistance to over baking. The surface finish has higher orange peel. The cure schedule is normally 12 to15 minutes @ 200-220ºC metal temperature.

Application: Used in agricultural equipment, air conditioners, construction equipment, lawn and garden equipment, lawn furniture, recreational equipment, wheels and rims, appliances, electrical enclosures, under-hood automotive etc
