Main Features
1).This Glass Bottle Soda Filling Machine is used to fill Glass bottle carbonated beverage such as Soda,Coca-Cola, Lemon-Water, gas containing alcohol/juice and so on.
2). This Glass Bottle Soda Filling Machine has the functions of bottle washing, carbonated beverage filling, and bottle capping. This design reduce the time of liquid contact with outside. It improve the sanitation condition, increase the production capacity and economic efficiency.
3). It adpots taking bottle bottom conveying structure and filling valve lift, this make the line more reliable while transportingbottles.Different bottle type simply adjusts the height of bottle washing bottle, filling, capping and a small amount of change parts. So changing bottle more efficient, labor-saving.
4). This Glass Bottle Soda Filling Machine uses balanced pressure filling and posseses the advantages of fast filling positioning and high accuracy liquid level surface; spring-loaded clamp hand washing, empty bottles with the track automatically turn 180 degrees to washing bottle with high efficiency; the machine adopts a four knives of aluminum cap, two knives is capping thread, two sealing the bottom edge of cover and does not damage cover, reliable tight seal; rotary cap sorter with air power caps sorting is used to not damage no damage the cover surface , Feeding bottle uses bottle screw, so make the whole machine operation more stable.
5). This Glass Bottle Soda Filling Machine use high quality food grade stainless steel material. All the material contact with liquid is Stainless Steel 304 (& stainless steel 316L according to customer's demands).
6).The whole machine is equipped with advanced PLC controlling system. Key electric elements is from international well-known brand such as MITSUBISHI, OMRON,SCHNEIDER.
7). This Glass Bottle Soda Filling Machine BXGF32-32-10 can fill carbonated beverage from 3000bph to 8,000bph to 10,000bph.
