Carbonated Drinks Bottling Machine
Main Features
1).This Carbonated Drinks Bottling Machine is used to fill PET bottle carbonated beverage such as Coca-Cola, Pepsi-Cola,Sprite, Seven-Up, gas containing alcohol/juice and so on.
2). This Carbonated Drinks Bottling Machine has the functions of bottle washing, carbonated beverage filling, and bottle capping. This design reduce the time of liquid contact with outside. It improve the sanitation condition, increase the production capacity and economic efficiency.
3). It adpots hanging type conveying bottle structure to make changing different bottle sizes with less time and more convenient.
4).This Carbonated Drinks Bottling Machine use high quality food grade stainless steel material. All the material contact with liquid is Stainless Steel 304 (& stainless steel 316L according to customer's demands).
5).The whole machine is equipped with advanced PLC controlling system. Key electric elements is from international well-known brand such as MITSUBISHI, OMRON,SCHNEIDER.
6). This Carbonated Drinks Bottling Machine series can fill carbonated beverage from 2000bph to 20000bph.
