TECHNOFOLD ES 1650 AC
1. Introduction
ES 1650 Ideal to work with large sized boxes in the heavy packaging industry.it offers the flexibility to run thin solid board to thick corrugated carton and with a wide range of accessories that allow to fold thousands of designs. It is an steady and precise machine but at the same time easy to set up and operate.

1). Feeder section: • Continous friction feeder with variable speed . • Adjustable electronic pile vibrator. • Lateral feed gates fully adjustable to the width of the blank. • Two adjustable front feed knives. |

2.Side register section • Independent section with an unparallel lower carrier that guides the box to a handrail that allows a perfect blank alignment. |

3.Crash lock bottom section • Complete set of folding hooks and helixes to fold the front flaps of the blank smooth and accurately. • Set of accesories for B-type lock bottom. |

4.Lower gluing Unit
• Two lower(left and right) gluing tanks. • Easy to remove and clean |

5.Upper gluing unit • Double upper gluing system by disc. • Easy to remove and clean.

6. Folding and Closing section: • Smooth and accurate folding of 2nd and 4th creases . • Outer folding belts adjustable up to 180º with variable speed. • Two upper & two lower carriers with 40 mm lower and 80 mm outer belts. • Width-wise adjustable heavy duty compression rollers. |

7.Trombone section: • Upper and lower drive mechanism for length adjustment. • Equipped with automatic belt tension-adjusting system. • Continuous and automatic box collection mechanism that ensures a neat transfer to the Press section, guaranteeing a well aligned flow. |

8.Press section(Delivery section): • Independent and motorized press section. • Manual and Automatic mode(follow up). • Upper section moves back and forward, allowing for different box length. • 6.5 meters total length with 4.7 meters effective pressure length. • Pneumatic pressure adjustment. |
