Specifications

Function:

Tubing spool is used for hanging tubing and sealing the annular space between casing and tubing

Features:

    1.    Secondary seal between tubing hanger and adapter hanger can be “O” ring, grease

           injection BT seal or metal-metal seal:

    2.    Metal-metal seals, special elastomer seals, or metal + special elastomer seal are set

           between tubing hanger and tubing head.

    3.    Tubing hanger for tubing head has straight type seat bore and 45 cone of hanging shoulder

           with strong loading ability.

    4.    Complete with lubricator and sealing test port.

    5.    Secondary seal mechanism is set at the bottom flange, which can be “O” seal, grease

           injection BT seal or metal seal.

    6.    Tubing hanger and tubing head adapter flange can be penetrated through by cable and be

           provide with subsurface safety valve which can control pipeline interface, exhaust pipeline

           interface, chemical agent injecting interface. When it is not used, it can be installed blind

           plugging.

    7.    The two end of tubing hanger can be set with tubing thread or gas sealing button and in

            the center it can ser with SPV thread as required

    8.    Top flanges are provided with locking screw

    9.    The connection type of side outlet is bolted flange with VR thread for valve replacement

           operation.
