Volare’s desiccant wheel dryer uses the unique descciant rotor. It’s low pressure and uniform thin wall desiccant increases absorption. So, it has 20%-45% less energy thean traditional desiccant dryer.
Volare’s desiccant wheel dryer is possessed drying, regenearion and conveying. So, the dust from the material can not leak out of the machine, keeping the factory clean.
Steay dewpoint
The desiccant rotor revolves slowly at the rate of 12 revolutions per hour passing through there cycles with each revolution prouducing a Rock Steady at -40°C dewpoint

Precise Smart Controller
Simple yet smart controls. Enter the drying temperature setpoint, and press the RUN button, the microprocessor control does the rest. This self-minitoring control even diagnoses and alerts you to drying problems.
Dryer Air Pocket Conveying Valve
The pocket conveying valve control material flow from the hopper. The pocket valve release dried, pellteized material from a hopper into the conveying lines as needed and then purges the material to prevent moisture regain.
Machine Loader
The compact direct feed loader is equipped with a sight glass and couples easilly to your processing machine throat. All chambers come apart without tools for easy access, material changes and cleaning. All constructions are stainless steel.
Hopper Loader
To eliminate the maintenance of a self-contained loaders, the material conveying with a vacuum pump and a central dust collector. All constructions are stainless steel.
