- This machine is the exclusive equipment for die cutting and molding, suitable for ther manufacturing of colorful cartons, boxes and other package products of abnormal shape.
- It adopts the double roller pressing nd urethane soft template, die cutting speed difference servo make up he linear velocity automatically, completing the paperboard and the siding, slotting, punching, creasing and folding of the corrugated paper of medium and small thickness once.
- It adopts the vacuum absorption to supplement the paper feeding; the main machine adjusts the speed by frequency control and the die cutting phase by electro-motion. It is featured with high cutting precision, high speed and convenient operation.

Technical instruction of the equipment
- The die cutter phas is controlled by computer and electric digit with 360°adjustment
- The die cutting scraper could be adjustd horizontally with computer and eletric digit control ranging form +5mm to -5mm.
- Uniflair glue die cutting cushion foller servo traces simultaneously, when the restored roller is input inside the servo computer system, it will calculate accurately and automatically and follow the print speed to ensure the vilocity of blade line the same sa the cushion roller and make the formation of the die cutting beautiful and same in size. No matter how the diameter of the cushion changes, the die cutting plate will not be damaged, The upper and lower roller of the die cutting adopts the design of different size, th servo system ensures the renovated cushion could be used for many times and treatly reduce the use cost.
- The cushion roller’s mechanical, horizintal and cam facility from +35mm to -35mm could raise the service life of the cushion of the die-cutting.
- The light alloy aluminum back-kick vacuum adsorption paper feed mechanism with serval groups of rolling bearing to ensure more steady machinery operation.
- Left and right baffle and back baffle position are controlled by computer and electric digit; the side baffle is equipped with pneumatic trimming facilities.
- Consecutive of skip paper feed, infrared electrophonic counter, brush dust removal mechanism
- Imported control system, Siemens low voltage electric appliance and host frequency conversion contrlo,30% electricity saving.
