Function description:

1.  Top sheet feeding machanism: equipped with high speed auto dedicaed feeder, both paper lifting and feeding nozzle can freely adjust angle to the paper, to ensure that whether thick or thin paper can be delivered rapidly an smoothly.

2.  Prepare the paper-pile in advance, it can reduce dowetime and make the production more efficent.

3.  Cooperate with the adjustable bottom paper conveying system  and imported  electromagnetic valve to guarantee the corrugated sheets feeding more smooth and stable.

4.  The automatic replenishment system of glue, and recycling with the glue to avoid loss of waste.

5.  Front lay is  automatic calibrated by Electric eye, Computer and Servo motor. The position of cardboard is detected by Electric eye, then the Computer operation, the Servo motor rectify automaticly, insure the precision of laminating. 

6. According to the size of cardboard, revise the feeding speed of cardboard automaticly.

7.  Machine uses touch-sceen/PLC control system, the circuit system is stabe, and can automatically dispaly the failure alarm.

8. Using imported belt, maintaince free. Rollers are in balance of static and dynamic, the rollers cooperate with the imported bearings that make the equipments more stable, and can guarantee procutes quality.

9.Suitable for color top sheet 150-700g and A/B/E corrugated paper laminating;

10.Color top sheet 150-700g and grey cardboard paper laminating.
