Semi-automatic flute laminator Machine Introduction
1.It adopt teeth rod to adjust the width of sheet, for easy adjustment and timesaving.2.Driving system is adopted with imported synchro-belt, running steadily and suitable in high speed running.3.Conveying belt is made of imported PVC material, with long life span and good quality.4.Sheet-pushing chain is adopted with imported double-row type, running steadily and not easy to distort.5.It adopts timing control with frequency conversion, power-saving and automatic timing.6.The machine is used to laminate paperboard with board or A flute, B flute, E flute,
F flute and 5-layer cardboard.
BODY PAPER TRANSMISSON BELTThe fully automated adhesive replenishment system can automatically detecat and peplenish
those lost adhesive during the sticking course, and coordinate with the cyclic type adhesive
recovery process thus to avoid the adhesive form being wadted. The adjudtable adhesive
thickness regulator may adjust the thickness of coating based on different repuirements
of paper sheets. The special meshwork design & precision grinding processing on the
adhesive-applying roller makes the adhesive
coating even thinner and more evenly distribution, thus to save adhesive and prevent the
coating from separation from the adhesive.
