CD1, MD1 electric hoist is a kind of light type lifting equipment. It is a nessesary equipment to improve working efficiency and labor conditions. It is equiped with compact structure, convenient adjustment, small volumn, light weight, heavy gravity, easy operation etc.

Safety of wire rope electric hoist
1. Brake and clutch ensure the safety under any circumstance,no slip under load
2. IP55 of hoist frame and brake ensures the optimal corrosion resistance under harsh environment.
3. Up and down limit switch ensures the safe operation of the hook on the top and bottom position.
4. Low voltage contactor ensures the safe and reliable operation
1.The axial dimension of hoist is compact ,it is easy to close the wall and lifting more height in a certain height.
The size of rail bottom base to hook is smallest compare with CD1 hoist , it makes the possible to lower the height of construction.
2. light self-weight ,light wheel pressure. It reduce the pressure of girder ,raise the Safety coefficient of girder.
This kind of hoist could be installed on single girder crane with hoist, overhead, gantry and jib crane. Modified could be used as a winch. So it is Widely used in factories, mines, harbors, warehouses, cargo storage areas and shops, essential in raising working efficiency and improving working conditions.
