Electric grab bucket
1. Brief introduction of crane grab
Grab bucket has no retractable structure, and is usually driven by ropes or connecting
rod force. According to operating characteristics, it can be divided into single rope grab
and twin rope grab which is in the most common.
1.Single-grab: support rope and open closed rope use the same one. Through special
lock catch device, wire rope can take turns to play the role of supporting, opening and
closing. The coiler mechanism of single coiler is simple, but production efficiency is low,
so it is not often used when a factory has a large number of loading and unloading.
2. Double-rope grab: there are supporting rope and open closed rope which are
respectively around the coiling block of supporting mechanism and opening/closing
mechanism. It has such features as reliable work, simple operation, high production
efficiency and wide application.It will be four-rope grab after adopting two groups of
double ropes, and it has the same working course as double-rope grab.

3). main shaft sleeve is of bearing steel,Pin shaft material is 40Cr
4). High temperature resistant bearing for pulley
5). knife edge plate adopts wear-resisting steel plate,adopts multilayer sealing craft
6). dirt proof and water proof and it could be underwater operation.
7). Clearance of two knife dege plate is very small,0.3mm,good sealing, keep working site clean.

4. Application of crane grab
Hydraulic grab bucket is widely used in ship, port, railway station, factory, mine and
material stock, station, coal yard to conduct lifting bulk cargo such as coal, ore
powder, fertilizer and sand.
5. Working environment of crane grab
1.The working environment temperature is -25 °C ~ +45 °C,
2.not be used in explosion, flammable, corrosive, toxic places, etc.
3.Please noticed in advanced when to grab underwater materials or special
materialsIt's not suitable for lifting blazing & melting metal
4.The crane can be used for both indoor and outdoor operations and water proof
cloth is needed in out door operation.
