Features of crane wheels
Single edge wheel parts
1.Single edge wheel parts are often used with running wheels of trolleys of bridge crane or gantry crane.
2.Height of wheel flange is 20mm~25mm. It adopts ZG340-640 cast steel or ZG-50SiMn low alloy steel.
3.Quenching depth of wheel tread is no less than20mm.
4.Hardness of rolling surface is 300~350HB for ZG340-640 cast steel wheels;
for ZG50SiMn, hardness 420~480HB.
5.Mechanical property, accuracy and roughness of material accord with JB/T 6392-2008 rules.
Double edge wheel parts
1.Double edge wheel parts are often used with running wheels of trolleys and cranes of bridge crane or gantry crane.
2.Height of wheel flange is 25mm~30mm. It adopts ZG340-640 cast steel or ZG-50SiMn low alloy steel.
3.Quenching depth of wheel tread is no less than20mm.
4.Hardness of rolling surface is 300~350HB for ZG340-640 cast steel wheels;
5.for ZG-50SiMn, hardness 420~480HB.
6.Mechanical property, accuracy and roughness of material accord with JB/T 6392-2008 rules.
