Applications And Features :
1 Integrated design, save fuel, convenient transportation.
The drilling rig is integrated together with tractor, the tractor is a drilling machine and a transportation
machine, air compressor can be hung behind,you just need to equip a tricycl to load pipes.
The system uses hydraulic power from tractor as the driving force to realize the function of drilling.
You do not need to turn on the air compressor when lifting the pipes,just use the hydraulic power of
tractor.Make drilling cost lower and economic benefit is higher.
2 Two stage rail carriage.
The drilling frame adopts two level track slide frame, while the drilling frame is not working, the height
is 1.4m, the height is 1.8m at working state.
3 Automatic dust removal system
The machine comes with automatic dust removal system, using high pressure atomizing water to achieve
the purpose of dust removal. When machine works, automatic dust removal function is on, and the
effect of dust removal can be achieved, which is beneficial to the personal safety and protect environment
and operation staff.
4 Self welding function.
This machine itself is designed with fast welding socket, you can weld without external power supply.
5 Automatic tube following function
The machine can automatically follow the drilling pipe ( steel pipe), and the drilling machine is equipped
with a quick pipe pulling connection plug,you can quickly pull the pipe.
6 Intelligent keyboard control, operation is simple and flexible.
