CorroCell 650M
CorroCell® 650M is inorganic hybrid sol made of colloidal metal oxides, and specially designed fine to nano-fillers. Products colors include Silver, Chrome, Black, Metallic Grey, and custom colors.
CorroCell 650M is primary designed and developed for a range of motorbikes decoration and protections, especially for the mufflers. The system includes CorroCell 650 M-B (base coat), CorroCell 650 M-S (surface coat), and CorroCell 650 Clear (optional). The choices of the coating system depends on the type of metal structural materials, applications, and application environmental conditions
Features of highly hydrophobic, stain resistance, non-stick and anti-graffiti effect, fire resistance, corrosion protection
- Ambient cure or forced cure conditions
- Non toxicity (contains no heavy metal elements), fruit smell of the spray liquid
- Strong pencil hardness (2~3H on most plastic substrates and 6H~8H on metal substrates)
- Strong adhesion to a range of substrates including metals, plastics, and glass.
- High temperature tolerance (the coatings adhesion remains in excess 650 ºC).
- Enhanced appearance and color variety.
- Effective corrosion resistance (5 % salt spray 240 hrs no obvious rusty spots)
