Product Description

Overview:

GC10** series is mainly used to process shaft, gear parts and plate parts, some special workpiece can also be processed. Suitable with high-frequency, superaudio frequency and medium frequency power supply, which adopts Sprayliquid-cooled way. The machine has two kinds of transmission that are mechanical transmission and hydraulic transmission, and two kinds of lathe such as portal frame type and welding type, the control mode with relay and PLC control, it is mainly used for quenching, can also be used for annealing or welding. Can work manual or automatic.

Performance characteristics:

1, various specifications of GC10** J, GC10 **Y series adopt portal frame structure, leading column and vice guide column are both cylindrical guide rail. Mainly used for quenching of the light quality workpiece.

2, various specifications of GC10** JZ, GC10 **YZ series adopt welded structure, leading column and vice guide column are both are rectangular guideway. Mainly used for quenching of heavy quality pieces.

3, the whole series of machine's top height adopt electric adjustment.

4, the whole series of machine’s top spin adopts frequency converter to control speed (Y series adopts speed regulating valve control motor speed).

5,no numerical control series adopts the man-machine interface control.
