This machine is designed special for wheat /corn / sorghum /buckwheat cleaning which emerges
classifying, de-stoning, scouring and wetting into a single whole.
It is usually used in wheat/ corn /buckwheat/sorghum flour milling plant

The process flow of grain cleaning machine
wheat be transported to the top of the machine by air blower. It has four parts and from top to bottom.
A. Classifying:
to remove the straws, clods and stones
that are bigger than wheat
B.De-stoning :
to remove the stones by special gravity method
(similar in shape while different in weight)
C.Scouring:
clean the surface of wheat
D.Dampening
(only wheat/buckwheat need the step): to wet the clean wheat, preparing for milling part
(store the wet wheat for 10-20 minutes, make wheat obtain the optimum moisture for milling). In this part, buyer should prepare a water pipe, connect the dampener with water faucet to provide water.

Tips
Before the installment, you had better build a base to lift the height of the cleaner. So that you could get the space to save the clean wheat. And more, you may need build a storage pool for raw materials.
We will pack by the protect film inner, water-repellent plastic outside.
The wood packing is necessary If send by less than a container.
