This is the extruder/double-ranks granulator, good for plastic film, as it can exhaust the gas completely.1. Features and application:
1) Extruder/Double-ranks Recycling & Granulating System is mainly used to recycle and reprocess PE, PP waste plastic.
2) We use force feeding, as the screw can exclude air and steam. After plasticization and extrusion, the particles can have high density, nice surface, high output, stable extrusion. Customers can certainly adopt which feeder they like.
3) It is with noodle cutting type, not water-ring cutting.
4) Production capacity: 100-500kg/h.
5) These machines are for different customers to choose. And we could also design special granulator line according to the customers' request.
