6. The Commen Problems
1. How long can make delivery?
For stock products, will make shipments in 5- 7 days after receiving deposit or receiving L/C; for products need new production for common materials, usually make shipments in 15-20 days; for products need new production for special and rare materials, usually need 30-40 days to make shipment.
2. Will the Test Certificate be certified to EN10204 3.1?
For the new production products no need furthur cutting or processing, will provide the Original Mill Test Certificate certified to EN10204 3.1; for the stock products and the products need cutting or furthur processing, will issue Certificate of Quality on our Company, It will show the original mill name and the original datas.
3. Once the received products found not comply with the products the contract demands, what will you do?
Once the received products found not comply with the products the contract lists, when receiving the pictures and the official documents and data from your side, if it is proved not comply, we will compensate the loss at first time.
4. We accept the third part inspection, such as SGS inspection.

2.Flame cutting
Flamecutting or “burning” of carbon steel plate is an effective and efficient way to cut carbon and alloy steel plate to size and shape. Burning begins by heating a spot on the edge or surface of a plate with an oxy-fuel flame, then injecting a high pressure stream of pure oxygen once the spot is red hot. Both the preheat flame and the cutting oxygen are delivered through a specially designed nozzle or tip. In the presence of the cutting oxygen stream, the red hot steel literally burns, combining with the oxygen to form iron oxides. It is this burning that cuts the plate as the stream of cutting oxygen advances along the path of the cut. The burning gives off an intense heat – greater than 2800º F – which melts steel bordering the cut path, turning it into slag that is ejected at the bottom of the cut along with the iron oxide by-products of the burning.
3.Laser cutting provides the tightest tolerances and most precise cut surface. It produces the smallest heat-affected zone in the metal compared to all other thermal cutting processes.
