Essential Oil Distiller
Application:
This essential oil distiller can distill the essential oil from flowers, leaves,roots, powder and so on, it also can extract component from herbs like senna, stevia, licorice and so on.
Structure Drawing:
Structure: oil distiller, oil-water separator,receiver, oil cooling system, plate distillation system Vacuum system, frame,Pipes,valves, digital temperature sensor.
Principle:
First you put the raw material into the extractor,
Then heat the steam boiler, the steam boiler produce the steam which will directly distill the raw material in the extractor, then the essential oil will come out from the herbs, flowers, leaves and so on, the essential oil and the steam will be cooled by condenser which flow back to water-oil seperator, the oil will flow to oil storage tank, the water will flow to water storage tank, and the water flow to steam boiler again, so it is circulation.
Character:
1. By steam-distillation to reach the extraction of essential oils. Easy operation. One people can operate this machine easily.
2. It is heated by steam
3. Save energy: the steam from steam generator which directly distill the raw material, and the steam will be cooled by condenser, and seperate the water from oil from seperator, the water can flow back to steam boiler again, so the purity water can be circulation.
4. All the machine have not dead corner, so it is good to clean and it is according GMP standard.
5. All surface of the machine is mirror polished, so it is looks very beautiful.

All the products before delivery should be tested by assemble&debugging engineer, wiped up and cleaned, then wrapped by stretch film to protect it from moist. The precision part need to flexible package. In addition, without standard tools, manual and other documents, and allow ex-factory confirmation sheet, the machine cannot leave factory.
All the products will be packed in wooden case. The exported products use plywood case to pack. The foot margin of equipment fixed tightly to make the machine can experience loading&uploading, the upward mark will be posted on the wooden case.
