Dry Powder Granulator(Alexander Type)
Main application:
1.The finished granules from this machine can be made into troches or capsules, etc.
2.The granulator is mainly used by the trades of pharmaceutical, chemical, foodstuff, etc.
3.Especially suitable for the granulating of those materials that cannot be done by the wet granulating method.

Structure:
1 hopper, 2 mix scraper 3 screw mixer, 4 support frame 5 roller 6 piece of granule 7 first granulator 8 second granulator, 9 big granule 10 fine granule
Performance characteristics:
1. Adopting Touch screen, PLC, VVVF and MSMMI system that make machine can optionally adjust speed in rated range and operation convenient and stable.
2. Advanced fault detection device: when working hydraulic system is abnormal or devices (main machine etc.) overload, it will alarm.
3. Specific stainless steel auger screw and PA66 auger screw feeding system ensure the materials feeding effective and efficient.
4. The surface of stainless steel pinch roller is treated by nit riding technology, has stronger abrasive resistance, fatigue resistance and corrosion resistance.
5. The water circulation cooling of rollers can adopt water cooling or cold water compulsively cooling, avoid materials adhesion problem.
6. Using advanced import hydraulic system that easy to operate, stable, and have high automat city.
7. Do not need any water or ethanol to be humectants, do not need re-dry, the dry compressing granulation have less working procedure and production cost but high efficiency.
8. The final products (granules) are uniform, high density, high flow and easy to control the parameters.
9. Sealed operation: no pollution, measure up pharmaceutical hygienic standard, particularly, this type granulator is suitable for those materials that will be easy decomposition or agglomeration when exposed to moisture and heat.
10.The device can be equipped with Vibration sifter and vacuum conveyer and circulation chillers.

All the products before delivery should be tested by assemble&debugging engineer, wiped up and cleaned, then wrapped by stretch film to protect it from moist. The precision part need to flexible package. In addition, without standard tools, manual and other documents, and allow ex-factory confirmation sheet, the machine cannot leave factory.
All the products will be packed in wooden case. The exported products use plywood case to pack. The foot margin of equipment fixed tightly to make the machine can experience loading&uploading, the upward mark will be posted on the wooden case.
