SLVC Series Low Voltage Complete Set Reactive Power Compensation Device
Specification:
The device is suitable to low voltage system of low power factor, harmonic pollution. The main function is harmonic depression and reactive compensation. SLVC series device adopts structure and on-off to track load variety automatically according to load characteristic and changing condition. On one hand, it can remove harmonic and keep the system power factor at the best state anytime. The equipment can be found widely used among numerous machine where load changes greatly including electric welding machine, injection molding machine, rolling mill and air compressor.
The equipment is consisted by controller, controlled silicon, capacitor and reactor. The core of controller adopts DSP, it can analyze and calculate of electric system data sampling, and create control instruction of capacitor switch, finally reaching target power factor.
Characteristic:
Intelligentialize: it can automatically analyze and calculate system voltage, current, active power, reactive power, power factor, then operate at the right time automatically.
High harmonic filter efficiency;
Short-time response;
Accurate compensation;
Reliable operation performance and low-cost operation;
Ambient environment:
a. The ambient temperature upper limit and lower limit are respectively +40°C and -10°C;
b. Altitude is not more than 1000m(if it exceeds 1000m, we will choose plateau style);
c. Relative humidity: daily average value should not be more than 85%, while monthly average value should not be more than 90% ;
d. Seismic intensity should be not more than 5°;
e. Places without fire, explosion risk, serious pollution, chemical corrosion and violent vibration.
