SCF series electric frequency changing motor control cabinet made in China
Specification:
Our SCF device adopts frequency conversion technology and microelectronic technique, controlling electric control device of AC motor by changing motor working power frequency. The frequency converter is consisted of rectification, filtering, rectification, braking unit, driving unit, detecting unit, micro-process unit .
The IGBT’s on-off can adjust output power voltage and frequency, achieving the function of energy saving and speed control according to the actual motor condition.
Application:
Successfully widely used by national engineering designing institute, mining company, cement mill, stell mill, sugar factory, wood industry, chemical industry, city planning, and other place with big power motor and high electric consume place.
Operating Environment:
a. The ambient temperature upper limit and lower limit are respectively +40°C and -10°C;
b. Altitude is not more than 1000m(if it exceeds 1000m, we will choose plateau style);
c. Relative humidity: daily average value should not be more than 85%, while monthly average value should not be more than 90% ;
d. Seismic intensity should be not more than 5°;
e. Places without fire, explosion risk, serious pollution, chemical corrosion and violent vibration.
