- Cut large coils into small coils. For steel coils, we can cut one large steel coil into small steel coils for loading at seaport; because for container shipping, each container usually loads weight can not be over 26 tons, but each large coil is usually about 28 tons, so one large coils has to be cut into small coils, and because the forklift usually takes 7-10 tons at seaport, so for easy loading into conatiner, each large steel coil usually is cut into 3 small coils. For bulk vessel shipping, it usually demands coils weight under 18 tons, so most times, also need cut one large coil into 2 small coils.

For the thickness under 20mm, we mainly cut by laser cutting; for thickness over 20mm, mainly OXY-cut, flame cutting.for the thickness 200mm steel plate, because during the flame cutting, the temperature is very high, so the cutting parts steel plate might be broken at the angle part, then our workers will repair the angles to be good condition
4. Cut and weld steel products according to your drawing.
5.Steel sheet and steel plate laser cutting, drilling holes and rolling, bending and producing according to drawing, cutting steel sheet thickness under 16mm

1. How long can make delivery?
For stock products, will make shipments in 5- 7 days after receiving deposit or receiving L/C; for products need new production for common materials, usually make shipments in 15-20 days; for products need new production for special and rare materials, usually need 30-40 days to make shipment.
2. Will the Test Certificate be certified to EN10204 3.1?
For the new production products no need furthur cutting or processing, will provide the Original Mill Test Certificate certified to EN10204 3.1; for the stock products and the products need cutting or furthur processing, will issue Certificate of Quality on our Company, It will show the original mill name and the original datas.
3. Once the received products found not comply with the products the contract demands, what will you do?
Once the received products found not comply with the products the contract lists, when receiving the pictures and the official documents and data from your side, if it is proved not comply, we will compensate the loss at first time.
