Automatic Powder Filling Machine
Description:
This type Auger Filling Machine can do measuring and filling work. Due to the special professional design, so it is suitable to the fluidic or low-fluidity materials, like condiment, cosmetic, coffee powder, milk power,gourmet powder,withe sugar,solid drink, pharmaceuticals, agriculture pesticide, granular additive, dyestuff, and so on.
Main features :
1.flexible movable. Infrared or pedal control laying-off. No limit to container style. Fit for the purpose of material style, net weight and specification needing to change regularly.
2.High-speed response on-off controller screw. Exact repeating precision, high speed, big torsional moment, long life to use.
3.Weight feedback to run after the specific weight, overcome the shortcoming of the net weight change with the material specific-weight.
4.LED display or in Chinese, simply visual supervisory. Stepless adjust the net weight in working status and change it at any time, easy to control.
5.Save the parameter of technique data and magistral formula for later use. 10 sets of working parameter are saved at the most.
6.Fit for lots of material ranges from fine-powder to coarse-granule, if change the screw attachment. Dust- collector set on dust material.
