Grab Material Requirements
Material of scoop is Q345B, material of all axes is 42CrMosf, by tempering and grinding, lips’s rigidity should be reach HRC50.
Grab Test
Ensure 24-hour test, ensure the normal operation of grab, after delivery.
Grab Spray Paint
All steel will blasting shot before machining.After completion of the production deal with the surface coating, Thickness of coating greater than 130um, Color of top paint is blue。
Grab Design Technology
