GOLINK Electric hydraulic orange peel grab hydraulic orange peel grabs bucket Garbage grapple
It is mainly designed for handling bulk materials in blocks, particles and irregular shapes, such as coke, pig iron, steel scrap, slag, garbage and rock etc.
It is widely used on ports, steel plants and garbage treatment plants, with tower cranes, ship unloaders, traveling cranes and other type of cranes.
The grab has its own hydraulic system, all key elements are imported well-known brands to ensure high performance of grab. It is simple in structure, easy operation.
Material
Material of scoop is Q345B, material of all axes is 42CrMosf, by tempering and grinding, lips’s rigidity should be reach HRC50.
Welding Joint Appearance
The appearance is uniform. The joints between the weld passes are smooth. All of the welding slags and splashes are cleared out. There are no faults such as cracks, pores , bruises etc..
WELDING
American Welding Society,all important welds are carried out in accordance with welding procedures. After welding, a certain amount of NDT control is carried out.
