The production technology of hot-rolling seamless pipe production line adopts conical punching, precision pipe rolling and three-roller micro tension sizing, wherein the production specification isΦ32 to Φ340mm and the wall thickness is 2.5 to 50mm. The company produces 450,000 tons of hot-rolling seamless pipes. To ensure the high size precision and the inner and outer surface quality of the products, it is equipped with ultrasonic wave flaw detection system, eddy current inspection system, leakage flux flaw detection system and automatic length-measuring, weighting and mark spraying system.
