SC200 Construction Hoist
I. Brief Introduction
Construction hoist is also called building construction elevator, outdoor elevator, building lifts. It is widely used as construction machinery to lift people and building materials.
Construction hoist is mainly used in the internal and external decoration, bridge building, chimney, etc.
SC series Construction Hoist/Elevators adopts rack-and-pinion transmission. For so many years, having digested domestic and foreign advanced technology and innovated, it has become newly designed, compact structure, convenient operation, easy installation and disassembly, beautiful shape and reliable performance.
Mast section specifications: 650 * 650 * 1508, 800 8 800 * 1508.
Structure forms varies: SCD two drive, SC three drive without balance, built-in upper-setting and frequency control, etc.
Application: the equipment is applicable to people and material transporting in high building construction that above 60m, such as bridges, chimneys, mansions, etc.. And can also be used in warehouse , wharf, etc for vertical transportation.

III. Salient Features of Construction Elevator
1. Mast section welded by welding Robot ensures reliable quality and elegant appearance.
2. All the steel structures are processed with blasting technology to remove rust. The adhesion of surface painting is outstanding.
3. Suspension cage guarding board adopts figured aluminum plate and numerical control punched aluminum plate. The suspension cage is lightweight and artistic in appearance.
4. Transmission mechanism supplied by the professional manufacturer has high efficiency, long service life and stability in performance.
5. Complete set of overload protection devices, variety of limiters and mechanical chain devices ensure its reliability. Anti-falling safety device adopts SAJ40-1.2, which restricts the excessive downward movement of the cage, preventing and eliminating accidents.
6. Frequency conversional construction elevator is safe, stable and comfortable. Starting electricity is smaller than working electricity, energy-saving and high efficient.
