What is Silo?

Bulk cement silo is an enclosed tank storage of bulk materials, suitable for storing grain, cement, fly ash and other bulk materials.

Producing process

For capacity above 50T, we recommend bolted-type cement silo as it is money-saving during transportation .

Steel Silo Installation:

Equipment positioning: According to the diameter of Cement Silo, fixing the position of the equipments;
Rolling silo: After fixing the position of the equipments, rolling silo to 2m high;
Install silo roof: After cutting silo roof level with plasma cutter, installing the silo roof;
Lifting silo: Lifting the rolling silo to required height
Fixing silo: fixing the silo with embedded plate
Installing other facility: The user design and install the selected objects.
