1.Imported the ball screw and Taiwan HIWIN linear square guide way for X Y Z-axis, stable operation, high precision and low vibration. whole casting iron machine bracket. 2.Optional control system according to your need, we are providing the DSP offline,PCI Ncstudio. This machine we adopt DSP offline control system 3.Cooling system for the metal, hard materials, avoiding breaking the cutters and workpiece. 4.Auto tool setting, helping to set the cutters, and not break the cutters. 5.Power off and break point, continuing processing. 6.Good software compatibility: Type3, Artcam, Ucancam V9... All kinds of CAD/CAM software. When we send the machine, Artcam is for free, of couse you can choose the one you like. 7.optional items rotary axis for the cylindrical materials engraving. we have diameter with 80mm,100mm,130mm. You can choose the right one as you need. 8. humanlity CNC control box. We will also add you spare parts for free so that you can use the machine directly after you receive the machine 8.Good at small workpiece precision processing, mainly used for metal, such as aluminium, copper, stainless steel, steel, alloy, etc. 9.Also can for wood, MDF, acrylic, organic glass, PVC, double color board,stone, jade processing. 10. This machine adopt big power 1.5 KW water cooling spindle, optional 2.2KW or 3.2KW spindle, more powerful, less tool breaking, less sticking material. |
