We offer an extensive range of seamless precision steel tubes. The seamless precision steel tubes can be used for a wide range of precision mechanical spare for car and cylinder accord to standard DIN2391/ EN10305-1/ GB/T3639-2009.
Processing: Cold drawn or cold rolled (Burnish or other requirements can be agreed)
Length: ≤10m
Straightness:0.3~0.8mm/m
Wall Thickness tolerance: ±10%
Inner roughness: 0.8~1.6μm
Dimensional Accuracy:
1. Tolerance on Inner Diameter: H8 H9
2. Tolerance on Wall Thickness:
Diameter: >40 +/-0.2mm
Diameter: 40 <100 +/-0.3mm
Diameter >100 +/-0.5mm
3. Surface Roughness: a=0.3~0.4micron
Length: Random length4.5-6m or as per order confirmation
Mill Test Certification: En10204/3.1B

Condition of Delivery |
1. NBK(+N) after cold forming, eventually above phase transition point, in a protective atmosphere of annealing oxidation medium 2. GBK(+A) after cold forming, annealing in non oxidizing medium protective gas 3. BK(+C) the final heat treatment after cold forming, therefore small steel pipe plastically, the plastically degree does not guarantee 4. BKW(+LC) after final heat treatment, a tiny cold drawing deformation, continue again when machining steel pipe allowed inside certain limits cold deformation(bending, flaring) 5. BKS(+SR) have a stress relief after cold forming, heat treatment, steel pipe can be carried out within a certain limit in the appropriate processing again |

3. Agent service: Hydro-cylinder used high precision cold drawn welded tube (DOM) produced by Italy Marcegaglia.
