Established in December 1992, with registered capital of 5 million yuan and plant and office space of 12,000 square meters, covering an area of 20,000 square meters , our company mainly produces various specifications of cold drawn,rolled precision steel tube,hydraulic cylinder tube and SRB Tube, which are widely used in such industries as hydro-cylinder, automobile, engineering machinery, textile machinery, printing machinery, oil drilling, etc. Our company is also the distributor of several domestic well-known steel tube plants in Shandong, and mainly distributes seamless steel tubes of all kinds of materials.
Main products
1 Hydraulic Cylinder Tube
Used in the hydraulic cylinder of the heavy machinery, Cranes, excavator also forklifts. We can work and get the mechanical property of the clients need.
2. SRB tube
Directly used in Elevatorbuffer and Hydraulic Cylinder .This kind tube have a better inner roughness , ra0.2-0.4um and can use directly in the hydraulic cylinder tube. Length can work at most 6M.
3. Cold finished tube
Widely Used. Processing range 30-300mm, biggest length is 11M.
The difference between precision steel pipe and seamless pipe?
1. the seamless steel tube with obvioue difference is that dimensional accuracy, can be up to 0.1mm.
2. high precision steel pipe diameter surface finish, the customer without processing can be used directly and ordinary seamless steel tube to the customer and lather, polishing processing.

Delivery condition
1. NBK(+N)
after cold forming, eventually above phase transition point, in a protective atmosphere of annealing oxidation medium
2. GBK(+A)
after cold forming, annealing in non oxidizing medium protective gas
3. BK(+C)
the final heat treatment after cold forming, therefore small steel pipe plastically, the plastically degree does not guarantee
4. BKW(+LC)
after final heat treatment, a tiny cold drawing deformation, continue again when machining steel pipe allowed inside certain limits cold deformation(bending, flaring)
5. BKS(+SR)
have a stress relief after cold forming, heat treatment, steel pipe can be carried out within a certain limit in the appropriate processing
