Our company is equipped with JLB 250T hydraulic cold drawn machine set, LD120 precision cold rolled machine set, multiple precision straightening machine, box heat treat furnaces(8000-10000mm).In 2002, our company equipped one set advanced CNC skived and roller burnished machine SRB-600mm, several Powerful honed machine, Combined cold drawn, cold rolling, heat treatment and SRB process to produce the best quality products. Standard:GB/T8713-88, GB/T3639-2000 or according to customers’ requirement. Material usual 20#,45#,16Mn,25Mn,27SiMn,St35,St52 and so on.
