Waste Tyre recycling machine can pyrolysis waste tyre into oil. This kind of machine
also can pyrolysis waste rubber/ plastic into oil, and of course if the raw material is
tyre, the final products will be fuel oil, carbon black , steel wire; if the materail is rubber
or plastic, the final products will be fuel oil and carbon black.

Main parts of waste tyre recycling machine:
Reactor, cooling system, dedusting system, carbon black discharge system, security system.
1) The reactor
The reactor inside is made up of insulation cotton, refractory cement, so that can ensure the heat
preservation effect.
Advantages:
• Gear can ensure the reactor stable so that more safety.
• Rollers material is boiler plate, so they have long lifetime.
• Reducer can keep the reactor at he normal speed to keep stable and safety.
2) Dedusting system
Include desulfurization deduster, water film cyclone, spraying de-dusting, chimney, draft fan.
Advantages:
• Domestic initiative, three dust removal system.
• High-pressure nozzle made of stainless steel or copper alloy, longer life of dust removal
system.
• No waste water discharge, the water only used for recycling, along with evaporation only
need to increase, not let out.
3) Cooling system
Include cooling pool system, cooling tower and condenser system.
Advantages:
• Inside each condenser has many pieces gas pipe, cooling area can reach 40m²;
the pipe is thin so it can cooled quickly; looks more beautiful.
• Disk flow condenser: can enlarge the cooling area and cooling time; can improve oil quality and yield.
4) Carbon black discharge system
Advantages:
• With the help of the screw conveyor, the carbon black can be discharged at high
temperature, shorten the discharging time.
• The carbon black can be storage in the carbon tank, so it more environmental and safety.
• It can be discharge automatically, safe and save labor force.
5) The security system
Include safety valves, alarm ring, water seal, auto decreasing pressure device, oil-water
separator, anti-back fire, negative pressure device.
Advantages:
The water seal make the waste gas to the furnace, so it ill be more safe. And the waste
gas will be as fuel so it will also save energy.
