About Us
Our company is located in Xinxiang, Henan province with the factory size of 20,000 Square Meter, 4 sub-companies and over 100 employees including managements, the sales and the engineers.
We have been devoting in the research and development of the environmentally friendly pyrolysis recycles technology since 2004. We have passed the CE, ISO9001:2008 and ISO14001:2004, which marks the great progress in the quality of the products and environmental protection.
Over the past decade, we have been successfully worked with many customers over 30 different countries include U.S., Canada, U.K., New Zealand, Poland, Romania, India, Thailand…. and helped them set up their own pyrolysis plants.
Green-Star® series system is our latest continuous-feed type pyrolysis recycling system, it's the real innovative solutions to plastic and rubber waste management.

Device composition
1) Main reactor
Q245R boiler steel.
The thickness of reactor is 16mm
The main reactor is consist of 3 sub-reactor.
2) Feeding system:
Auto feed the material during the process

3) Condensing system:
The better cooling system, the more oil you can get!
4 grade condenser(1 top pipe + 2 main conensers + cooling wind tower) inside of each condensers has 74 pieces gas pipes.

4) Exhaust disposal system
(1) Dedsulfurization dedusting: remove the sulphur( when use coal as fuel) and dust
(2) Water film cyclone: for the second removal and the smoke from the washer film cyclone is white, but pollution-free.
3) Spraying de-dusting: circulating water without pollution; high pressure spray, dust absorpion; adding in alkaline and sulfur dioxide at high temperature
5) Carbon black discharging system
Discharge the carbon black diretly and automatically;
Saving time and labor, which is much safer for workers.

Our Services
1.Installation and Training: Our Company will send 1 technician for guiding your installation, testing the machine and training your workers. The installation period shall be 15-20 days. You shall pay salary for the technician with $100 per day and also the round-trip ticket and accommodation.
2. Warranty: 1). the reactor guarantee period shall be 12 months.
