Electrostatic coating production line with atomizing nozzles use the paint atomization and the discharge electrode (generated current) coating machine to make the paint particles , and applying electric charge particles in between the gun and the products to form a high-voltage corona discharge electric field, when the powder particles ejected by the gun through the discharge port area, which will complement a large number of electrons and become negatively charged particles, in the role of electrostatic attraction, it is adsorbed onto positively charged products up. When the powder is attached to a certain thickness, "same-sex repulsion" effect occurs, you can not re-adsorbed powder, so that the powder layer of uniform thickness of each part, and then cured by heating baking powder layer leveling become uniform film layer.
