- 1. Are you a trading company or manufacturing factory?
We are a direct alkaline resistant glass fiber manufacturer with rich import & export experience.
- 2. What kind of ARG fiber products can you provide?
We are a professional factory with advanced technology to produce only AR glassfibre for GRC application and decorative concrete reinforcement. The mainly products include ZrO2 16.7% ARG Spray Roving, ZrO2 16.7% AR chopped strand, ZrO2 16.7% ARG mesh & ZrO2 16.7% ARG mat.
- 3. What is the application and usage of your ARG Fiber?
It is used to reinforce for cement or concrete. That is Glassfibre Reinforced Concrete or Cement. (Called as GRC or GFRC). It is not used for plastic or resin reinforcement.
- 4. What are the advantages of your company?
Been appointed as a cooperative factory to research and develop the alkaline resistant glassfibre with China Building material Academy in 1970’s and make it industrial producing. That is to say, we are the earliest factory to produce ARG fiber in China.

- 5. Which quality standards are your product comply with?
Domestic standard JC/T572-2002 (AR glassfibre for GRC application)
Int’l Standard: BSEN15422:2008; ASTM C 1666/C 1666/M-07 and specifications recommended by Int’l GRCA.
- 6. What is your quality difference on comparing to Cem-fil and NEG?
It is proved to have a similar quality and application performance to Cem-fil.(We have test report from Qatar Customer). It is also tested to have a similar quality and performance to NEG at Sheffield University,UK. Reports are available. Indeed, we have difference from NEG,while can compete with Cem-fil.
- 7. Do you send ARG fiber to the 3rd party lab for quality verifying?
Yes. We send ARG Roving to the 3rdfamous lab for quality verify each year.
They are Fugro Lab in HK.

China Building Material science and research academy.
Test result are favorable.
- 8. How many years experience do you have on export business?
We begin to do export business in 2003 and our export business has been booming since Mr. Li and Mr. Wang come in year 2008.
- 9. What is your MOQ order?
There is no limitation on MOQ order, while to save purchase cost, it is advised to import 1-2 pallets. We are confident on quality because they have been used in both domestic and overseas famous GRC factory for many years.(Like Nanjing Beilida Group,Beijing Baogui Stone, China Shantai group etc.)
- 10. What are your payment terms? T/T, LC and D/P are acceptable.
- 11. What is your loading port? Wuhan port, Shanghai port.
- 12. What is your leading time for a 20 tons order?
Delivery from factory in 2 weeks on receipt of your confirmed order or advance payment.

They have been exporting to UK. Germany,France, Spain, Belgium,Switzerland, Russia,UAE, KSA. Kuwait, Qatar, Jordan, Turkey,India, Japan, Vietnam, Phinippines, Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore, Australia,Brazil,Mexico,USA.
- 14. Where is your main exporting markets?
Now it mainly focuses on the mid east (GCC countries) market,Southeast Asia market,Russia market because of the prosperous construction market developing there.
We also have a good market in Europe, Turkey and India marke, however, it were pending due to the high AD-duty rate for fiberglass will be imposed in these countries.
- 15. Would you please to list your main customers in Mid-east market?
Due to business secret, we mustl keep business principles. However, frankly, all are famous and prestigious GRC factory locally and complete many classical GRC projects with our Huierjie ARG fiber applied.
- 16. Some trader offer ARG fiber around USD1500/t, why does it have so big gap between yours?
There is no lower price but the lowest to attractive your eyes. It is their business strategy and we can tell frankly ,these price are impossible for real ARG Fiber. Don’t be cheated and result in big loss. Don’t regret later.
We are the leading factory and know the producing cost composition very well. What we assured to you is the real ARG fiber with adequate zirconia rate (both ZrO2 14.5% & 16.7% type) with good product properties at a reasonable prices, satisfied producing performance and the strong strength value of the end GRC panels (LOP, MOR etc.)

ARG Fiber Advantages
With the original E-glass fibers, durability was a big issue since the fiber broke down and lost strength in concrete, then the alkali-resistant Glassfibre is developed and made resistant to the high alkali corrosion through the use of zirconium-dioxide.
Huierjie ARG Fiber properties including excellent alkali -resistance with high ZrO2 content of over 16.7% , good tensile & flexural properties, high elastic modulus, freeze thaw resistance and crack fatigue with excellent impermeability properties.

Premix GRC
HEJ 16.7% Premix is a high integrity chopped fibre, designed for using in dry mix systems or other premixing processes for subsequent molding into a GRC intricate component.
20kgs/kraft bag, 40bags/800Kg/pallet/109*109*105cm; 50bags /1000kg/109*109*125cm, 20palltes/ 1*20' FCL, N.W.18ton.
Huierjie AR Glassfibre roving pallet shall be stored dry in original packaging and advisable to stack in one layer, at a temperature between 15℃- 35 dergee & relative humidity between 35%- 65%.If stored below 15 degree, it is advisable to hold in workshop for 24 hours to prevent condensation before use.

High Intergrity
HEJ 16.7% High integrity has a low-tex strand which permits efficient reinforcement at low dosages. The coating size systems give easy incorporation whilst retaining best strand integrity, especially used in the electric closet panels.
Water dispersed
HEJ 16.7% water dispersed can be simply added to the mix at the workshop without the need of a special equipment and disperse into filaments in a matrix of calcium silicate slurry, cement slurry etc.
Application:
The 'Premix' production technique involves pouring or pumping a cement/fibre mix into a mould, similar to other precast production processes. The mix is compacted using vibration or by adding other components. The unit is left in mould to set and demoulded the following day.Pre-mix has the advantages that moulds can be simper to produce and strip.

Note:
Huierjie ARG Fiber are manufactured with high Zirconia rate in compliance with the BSEN 15422:2008 and ASTM C1666/C 1666/M-07 and under the recommendations of GRCA.
