A.Rotors

B.Shaft Seal

C.Bearings

Furnish the whole AIR-FEED Equipment for You
First output compressed air into the Air Tank ,from Pre-filter to refrigerated dryer to get rid of the moisture
in compressed air;
Then through the treatment of post-filter,the compressed air quality arrive to :dust content <1μ;oil content <0.1ppm;
Finally through the treatment high precision filter ,the compressed air quality arrive to :dust content <0.01μ;
oil content <0.01ppm.
Our Screw Compressor Maintenance
As for the Air Filter Element:
1) Clean the dust and impurities of the element surface every 500 hours,When the quality of the atmosphere is not good enough, the air filter will be blocked easily ;
2) Replace the air filter element every 2000~2500 hours, according to your actural use and working conditions .
As for the piston sealing ring of the inlet valve:
Check or replace the sealing ring periodly ,usually every 4000 hours,according to your actural use.
As for the compressor lubrication oil :
Every 500 hours check whether the oil is sufficient or not;
1) New purchused compressor must replace lubrication oil when it functions 500 hours the first time,since then replace it every 2000 hours periodly. If the machine function less than 2000 hours annually,you could replace it once a year.
2) Stored compressor,you could replace it every 2 years.
As for the Oil Filter:
Replace the oil filter every 300-500 hours at the firs t machine running ;
replace it every 1500 hours later at the second machine running;
then you could replace it every 2000 hours periodly normally.
As for the oil-air seperator element:
The performance of the oil-air seperator element is the main factor that affects the oil content of
the compressed air.
Replace it every 5000~5500 hours running;if the machine runs less than 2000 hours one year, you could
replace it at least once a year.
As for the Mini-pressure valve:
Check opening pressure and clean it periodly.
As for the Cooling Condenser:
Blow off the dust of the cooler surface periodly every 2000 hours running,because the exhaust temperature ofthe compressor will rise up if the cooler is blocked.
As for drain the condenser water:
The water in the air may be condensed in the oil-air separator tank, especially in moist weather.
Please set condensed water drainage timetable according to the temperature conditions.Drain it periodly according to your actural working conditions.
As for the safety valve:
The safety valve is equipped on the oil-air separator tank , is set well before delivery.
We advice check it once a year according to the local labor department's stipulation and instructions,do not adjust it yourself.
As for adding lubrication oil :
At the running state, the oil level should be kept between the min. and max. oil level.
The seperating performance may be affected if there is a lot of lubricant. The cooling performance may be affected if there is little lubricant.
In the oil-replace period, add the lubricant timely if the oil level is lower than the min.oil level.
