TW 22KW water lube oil free screw air compressor
Towin oil-free scroll compressor using European technology to produce water-lubricated screw host, copper alloy casting, molding. Corrosion resistance, high temperature and low temperature without deformation, with a separate lubrication of internal waterways, to minimize wear of the host to reduce air pollution.
The compressor is matched with high-precision SKF bearing. The precise and even bite clearance ensures leak tightness, making sure the compressor become less power dissipation and lower energy consumption under the same working conditions, and achieve goals as following:

1)Using pure water for lubrication and cooling, the body's internal components combination is made of special material-copper alloy,never corrosion;
2)Always having pure water circulating in its systerm and the systerm will automatically change water at set time to ensure the quality of the water line and the body temperature is not higher than 50 degrees, so the water in the body will not suffer water scale problem;
3)Adopting high-end special bearing, silicone bearing, so there is no any problem using pure water for lubrication , high efficiency, lower noise,less shaft bearing combination;
4)Directly sprayed pure water in the body, because water has higher specific heat value, so the compression chamber is almost in isothermal compression state, energy saving;
