Heat Treated Helical Gears
COREAT electric chain hoist gears precision machined for long life. Oil bath lubrication results in a quiet,smooth,cool operation.
High Quality Motor
H4 classification, Class F insulation, cooling fins and standard thermal motor protection. It can work continuously for 30 minutes per hour,and it has 3:1 safety factor means the hoist is stable and accurate even when fully loaded.
Corrosion Resistant Load Chain
G80 chain conform to DIN5687/DIN5688 Germany standard,8:1 safety factor. Superb durability and strength.
Compact Aluminum alloy housing
Cast aluminum body is lightweight and easy to carry.Suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications,including harsh environments.
Long Life Brake System
Sound design,simple mechanism and total safety. It has a safety factor of about 4 times greater than the motor capacity. Protects hoist from damage and prevents overwinding.
Notched Hook and Latch System
Provides positive closing and improves resistance against lateral forces.
Every hoist are tested before delivery.
