APPLICATION: For fine dispersing and milling of paints, inks, coatings, chemicals etc.
CONSTRUCTION: The mill consists of a SS304 Vessel provided complete with a top lid and discharge valve provided with a screen. The vessel is provided with a MS jacket for cold water circulation complete with inlet, outlet and temp gauge fittings.
DRIVE AND MILLIMG DISC: The drive consists of a 3PH, 440V,50HZ, main motor complete with `V' belts and mounted on a M.S. fabricated frame structure. The motor drives a hardened S.S. shaft fitted with 2 nos milling discs made of S.S. 304 quality steel duly hardened for longer service. The milling shaft is installed in a housing fitted with imported self aligned bearings to withstand high speed and initial torque of the mill.
