Batch Type Bead Mill has all contact parts made out of 304 quality Stainless steel. The cabinet is totally enclosed in a M.S. Frame giving steamline appearance and comprises of the following:

  • Main motor for driving the S.S. Shaft complete with 'V' belts.

  • One S.S. Shaft with impellers made of S.S. 304 quality duly hardened for longer service.

  • The above drive is provided with imported self aligned bearings to withstand high speed and initial torque of the mill.

  • The grinding chamber is provided with a cooling jacket in MS construction provided with inlet and
    outlet nozzle.
