We supply pipe fitting moulds for sewer/drainage system,water supply,roof drainage,irrigation,exhaust system and gas supply.General Specification of Mould
A) Mould Standardization :
Mould base: Metric Standards with steel 45#
Cavity & core: Depends on customers requirements
Use standard spare parts of ejector pins, guide bushing, guide pins and other accessories, taking into account normalized details from HASCO / DME catalogues.
B) Disassembly of the plates
Make undercuts in the corners between the plates to make easy the disassembly of the mold, between all the plates

C) Lock for transport of the mold
Locate the transport bar ever in the opposite operator side.
D) Mold/plates hanging
Make hanging threads in all mold plates, positioning it in such a manner that the mold remains in balance
The upper and lower base plates should have 4 threaded holes (in all faces of the mold), in the same dimension as the eyelet
Apply thread holes to hang the molds minimum M16 (M20 or M30 depending of the weight)
The mold identification plates, mold identification with threads, will be fixed in the housings on the operator side or engrave the part name on the mould leg directly.
D) Mold/plates hanging
Make hanging threads in all mold plates, positioning it in such a manner that the mold remains in balance

E) Specifications for Mold Construction
YONGMAO will send for the buyer, before the starting of mould making, the complete specification and the information about product drawings and mould designs.
General Conditions:
Delivery term: we agree with you based on FOB Ningbo.
Delivery time: It should be max 60 days from the date of receipt the advance payment & all drawings approving by the Buyer.
Payment term: we request 30% as deposit by T/T, 70% by irrevocable L/C payable against shipping document.
Guarantee: Not Less than 800,000 unit per each mould under the normal production.
