THE PLANTS OFFERED ARE SKID MOUNTED, COMACT AND MOBILE. THE CUSTOMERS SCOPE IS LIMITED TO PROVIDING THE BITUMEN AND WATER FEED TO THE PLANT. WHAT IS MODIFIED BITUMEN
