Color

 white, black, golden, blue, champagne, bronze,silver,wood grain and other colors as required.

1. Alloy: 6063, 6061-T5/T6 ,stainless steel

2. Length: 2.4-3.0 m

3. Normal anodizing thickness: 8 to 12 micro

4. Normal powder coating thickness: 60 – 100 micro

5. Tensile Strength: ≥160 MPa

6. Yield strength: ≥110 MPa

7. Extensibility: ≥8%

8. Hardness (HW): ≥8

Packing

Composite paper, Plastic paper, other packing method required by customers is available.

Delivery Time

20 to 25 days if the mould is ready.

Normal order sequence

1. Confirm the drawings, colors and price;

2. Pay the mould fee and we strat to make moulds;

3. We send samples to you for your confirmation;  

4. Make the payment of 30% deposit, start production;

5. Delivery.
