Insulation of steel structure :
We have ever participated in the Sichuan earthquake disaster relief, providingwiththeir produce

Light Steel prefabciated  house :

1.All the materials of our steel frame are hot rolled steel plate and the galvanized steel plate or sheet.

 

 

2.The grade is Q235or Q345 according to the Chinese standard. The thickness of the plate used in columns and the girder is 10-12mm (any thickness is ok , we can meet the customers all requirements)

 

 

3.The span of the building we can produce is from 6meters to 21 meters.

 

 

4.Columns are bolted to the foundation and other steel components. Used the high strengh screw bolts .The distance between two columns is 6 meters.

 

 

Wall panels are color steel sandwich panels made of double-sided steel sheets and expanded polystyrene middle layer with special adhesive.

 

 

Roof panels are color steel sandwich panel made of corrugated single-layer steel sheets and polyurethane with special adhesive.

 

 

Building  meet the building structure standard requirements (water-proof and anti-corrosive)
