The Spectrum Two Trans-Fat Analysis system is a complete solution for determining trans-fat levels at the percent level. Comprising high performance Spectrum Two FT-IR spectrometer, heated ATR accessory and Spectrum Touch™ method with in-built calibration and SOPs – this system provides measurements in less than a minute for both solids and liquids samples. The unique Touch software interface makes the system very easy to use for non-specialized operators and the rugged, low maintenance hardware platform enables the system to be deployed in a range of manufacturing and plant locations.
